If you need to cancel your class, please notify us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the class date.
This will give us an opportunity to fill your paint station.
All cancellations require an email notice. Please reply to your confirmation email.
Please note that the below cancellation policy will apply as indicated.
If you do not provide proper cancellation notice the following will apply:
1. If the class is closed due to registrations, you will lose your payment in its entirety.
2. If you used a voucher and the class is full, your voucher will be redeemed and you will not be permitted a refund.
3. If the class is not full and you paid for your class or used a voucher, there will be a rescheduling fee of $7.50. This payment may be taken out of your refund or in the case of voucher use, the value will be reduced in price.
4. If you miss a Guest Artist’s class, your payment is forfeit in its entirety unless we are notified at least 4 hours before class starts.
If you do not give us the courtesy of notifying us, your payment will be forfeit with no refunds or rescheduling.
