All cancellations require an email notice.
If you need to cancel your class, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours prior to the class for a full refund.
If you need to cancel your class, please notify us a minimum of 12 hours prior to the class, to reschedule with no penalties.
You will be allowed 1 reschedule without penalty. A second reschedule will have a $7.50 per person penalty and must be paid in the class attended. There will be no third reschedule.
All rescheduled classes must be attended within 30 days of the original scheduled class.
If you do not provide proper cancellation notice, the following will apply:
No refunds will be given.
If you miss a Guest Artist’s class, your payment is forfeit in its entirety, unless we are notified at least 12 hours before class starts. With 12 hours notice, you can reschedule your class.
If you miss a staff lead class, there will be a rescheduling fee of $7.50 per person for anyone that sends us a cancellation request 4-12 hours before the class starts. This payment may be taken out of your class fees or collected in the next class.
If you miss a staff lead class, your payment is forfeit in its entirety, unless we are notified at least 4 hours before class starts.
If you do not give us the courtesy of notifying us, your payment will be forfeit with no refunds or rescheduling.
