Hey everyone!

I had some of the best customer service today and I want to share with you.  Eatzi’s and Aaron Brothers really deserve Kudos!

I ran some errands today and met some of the nicest, most helpful people.

The first happened at Aaron Brothers.  I ordered several items from them for the studio.  The price was right and I decided to buy in bulk.  I found out that they  only had a few on hand and were discontinuing this item.  Melissa called all the stores in the metroplex and made arrangements to actually drive to every store and pick the items up personally so that I can get them this week.

Andrew helped carry some very large canvases out to my car and stored the other items for me because they would not fit.  I will pick everything up on Tuesday.

I highly recommend Aaron Brothers for Art Supplies!  They rock!

After Aaron Brothers, I went to get dinner (and lunch for tomorrow) at Eatzi’s.  While there, I spoke with a manager (I’m sorry.  I don’t remember his name) and he recommended a lovely bottle of Italian Moscato.

When I checked out and drove to the studio, I accidentally left the bottle at the check out.

When I realized what I did, I called them and asked them to hold the bottle until tomorrow (I didn’t have time to go back).  The lady I spoke to instantly knew what I was talking about and promised it would be there with my name on it.

A few minutes later, I received a call from them asking where I was located.  I told them I was at work and the gentleman I was speaking with asked if I was local.  I told him that I was just down the street, but that I couldn’t get away to come and pick up my wine.

He told me that he knew exactly where my studio was located and that he would be here with my wine in about 10 minutes.

I couldn’t believe it!

I am sitting here enjoying my very tasty glass of Moscato while typing this letter.

I am blown away by the kindness and the willingness of these 3 people to go out of their way to help me today!  I just had to share!
