Everything you need to know – Parties

  • Private Parties can be scheduled at any time  subject to Artist availability.  If you would like a date and time that falls on a regularly scheduled class time, it can be booked if no one has signed up for that class.

Adult Party:  There is a minimum of 15 adults, for a Monday-Thursday evening class with a maximum of 50.  If you want to book a another time including Friday or Saturday evenings, it can be scheduled if no one has signed up for the specifically scheduled date.  In addition, the event must have a minimum of 20 guests.  Please give us sufficient advance notice so that you can secure the date of your choice.  For those dates that are open (no one has signed up) you will be able to select your painting from our gallery even if you do not qualify for a private event.  Please contact us so that we can give you the password.  Please inquire for additional times and availability if not listed above.  We will attempt to accommodate all requests within reason.

  • For an adult party, a deposit of $100 is required at the time the reservation is made.  You can make the reservation on line or you can come into the studio on a regularly scheduled class day to make the deposit.  The deposit will be refunded the day of the event or used for attending guests.  If the minimum number of participants is not met, the class fee reduces the deposit refund.
  • We require a 10 day cancellation notice.  You will FORFEIT your down payment, if a party is cancelled less than 10 days prior to the date of the party.
  • You may choose your own painting from our selection or have a custom painting created for your event.  Please schedule a time to come into the studio and view all of your painting options or ask for the password for our galleries.
  • If you would like a painting to be created specifically for your event, you will need to schedule a time to come in to the studio and speak with Rebecca Winters.  A mock up will be created, and then a painting will be completed.  This will take approximately 10 days to 2 weeks.
  • Custom paintings will cost $50 for Rebecca to create the painting, all copy rights will belong to Art in the Vine, and the price of the class will be determined by the complexity of the design.
  • The prices for the painting class will range from $35 to $50.  The prices will be marked for each painting.  There are no additional charges. We provide everything you will need to complete your canvas.
  • We open the studio 30 minutes prior to the start of class. Please arrive at that time to set up for your event. As a courtesy to all of our guests, we need to start class promptly at the posted time. Once the class is finished, please begin to pack up what you will be taking home. We clean up the studio before closing for the evening or the next scheduled class – you are welcome to remain for a final glass of your beverage choice or simply to chat for a few minutes but ask that you leave within 30 minutes after the class finishes and that if we leave earlier, that you be prepared to leave once we are finished with clean up. Most parties will last between 2 1/2 and 3 hours.
  • If you would like a double painting, the time frame will expand and the cost will be doubled.  Single canvas classes are between – $35 and $45.  We have a few $50 canvases.  Please ask us about pricing per person.
  • We supply all painting materials, aprons, cups, acrylic wine glasses, cork screws, and ice buckets for icing wine. We also have water and canned drinks for sale.
  • All other supplies (wine, cheese, grapes, crackers, ice etc) must be set up and supplied by you.
  • Parties for kids 15 and under are welcome.  Please be advised that acrylic paint does not come out of your clothes.
  • If you require special accommodations, please let us know so that we may better serve you and your guests.

AITV KIDZ Party:  There is a minimum of 10 children required for a child’s party. Children’s parties can be scheduled at any time except Friday and Saturday evening. Parties will last 2-2.5 hours. You can bring in Decorations, Birthday Cake, ice cream, favors etc.
